Contact restaurant partners who have had a recent drop in activity to re-engage them on the app, helping them receive new orders and boost their sales.
Offer campaigns, discount coupons, menu setup and anything else necessary for them to gain more visibility on the platform.
Propose affordable investment options to the partner.
Manage and overcome leads' objections to close the sale.
Requirements
High school diploma (completed);
Ability to work in a remote/home-office model;
Have an appropriate home-office workspace (desk, chair, and a quiet environment);
Reside in São Paulo / Greater São Paulo;
Availability to work on-site at an office in the Vila Olímpia neighborhood whenever required by the company/leadership;
Wired internet connection with more than 10 Mbps (do not use Wi‑Fi);
Have a mobile phone with a SIM card and good signal reception to receive SMS messages;
Ability to use multiple work platforms (Zendesk, WhatsApp, phone, chat, and Microsoft Office);
