Requirements
- 10–15 years of experience in product design / UX
- Strong focus on consumer apps (e.g., health, wellness, education, productivity)
- Experience as Head of UX / Head of Design / Lead Product Designer
- Portfolio showing end‑to‑end consumer journey work
- Demonstrated ability to build or significantly evolve design systems
- Strong UX writing / content design sensibilities
- Comfort working in regulated or complex domains
- Proven ability to operate at multiple altitudes
- High proficiency with AI tools for design, research, and content.
- Strong communication skills in English; German is a plus but not required.
