Responsibilities
Provide program/project support for clinical, administrative and/or academic activities
Coordinate and provide oversight for complex projects
Manage departmental activities, e.g. BLS/CPR Training, LAMP Interpreting set-up, purchasing, and inventory for department
Assist in set-up of new employees including badges, computers, phones, supplies, and entering in WorkDay
Ensure inquiries are addressed and resolved
Handle confidential or sensitive information; draft and finalize letters, email messages and other communications
Plan and coordinate meetings and events, including all details; negotiate with vendors
Manage event budget and fiscal activities related to FPP clinical activities
Compile, monitor, review and analyze department spending
Direct callers to appropriate resources and serve as point of contact for routine inquiries
Maintain and troubleshoot office equipment
Requirements
High school diploma or equivalent high school certification or combination of education and/or experience
5 years of experience in Administration And Office Support
No specific certification/professional license required
Relevant Experience (2 Years) preferred
