About the role
- Architect or civil engineer handling construction planning tasks at Wuppertaler Stadtwerke. Collaborating with various departments to successfully execute innovative energy and infrastructure projects.
Responsibilities
- Planning and implementation of construction projects
- Close collaboration with various departments
- Development and design of construction projects taking into account technical, economic and environmental aspects
- Preparation of design and execution drawings as well as building permit applications
- Coordination and supervision of construction projects in all service phases of the HOAI
- Cooperation with internal and external partners, such as engineering firms, authorities and contractors
- Ensuring compliance with quality, cost and schedule requirements
- Conducting construction inspections and final acceptances
Requirements
- Degree in Civil Engineering or Architecture
- Several years of professional experience, preferably in industrial construction
- Solid knowledge of the relevant technical standards and construction contract regulations (HOAI, VOB, etc.)
- Very good IT skills, especially MS Office, and experience with CAD
- Strong analytical skills and a structured working approach
- High degree of independence and initiative
- Social skills and ability to work in a team
- Valid driver's license (Class B)
