About the role
- Senior Financial Implementation Consultant responsible for implementing financial solutions for healthcare clients. Collaborating with various stakeholders to deliver tailored Workday services while mentoring junior consultants.
Responsibilities
- Ensure successful implementation of Workday's financial solutions for healthcare customers.
- Collaborate with sales, project management, product, and fellow consultants.
- Design and build tailored Workday financial solutions based on customer requirements.
- Provide Workday product, industry, and implementation expertise.
- Mentor less experienced consultants.
- Participate in training and other events to share skills.
Requirements
- 5+ years of implementation or functional experience in Financial Management software solutions or systems such as Workday, Lawson, Oracle, or PeopleSoft
- 5+ years of consulting experience
- Experience with General Ledger along with one or more of the following: Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, Asset Management, Expense Management, Cash Management, and Capital Projects
- Ability to travel up to 50%
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience - preferably in Finance or Accounting
- 7+ years of implementation or functional experience in Financial Management software solutions or systems such as Workday, Lawson, Oracle, or PeopleSoft (P5)
- 7+ years of consulting experience (P5)
