About the role

Responsibilities

  • Advising and managing an existing client portfolio
  • Building and developing your own client base and book of business
  • Comprehensive analysis of clients' insurance and retirement planning needs
  • Sustainable development of the book, especially through referrals and personal recommendation networks
  • Prospectively: involvement in joint acquisitions of additional client portfolios

Requirements

  • Qualification in the insurance or financial services sector (e.g., Certified Insurance Specialist, Clerk for Insurance & Finance) or several years of experience in client advisory
  • Commitment to long-term client relationships rather than short-term sales pressure
  • Independent, structured way of working
  • Entrepreneurial mindset and interest in sustainable wealth accumulation
  • Professional demeanor
