About the role
- Quality Assurance role ensuring the quality of digital systems and products for Grupo SysMap in Brazil. Involved in planning, executing tests, and collaborating with development teams.
Responsibilities
- Ensure the quality of systems, applications and digital products.
- Plan, create and execute functional and non-functional test cases and scenarios.
- Perform manual and/or automated testing on web and mobile applications or APIs.
- Identify, report and track defects and inconsistencies in implemented features.
- Collaborate with development, product and business teams to ensure quality in deliveries.
- Support the definition of test strategies and test plans for new features.
- Participate in the validation of requirements and acceptance criteria for deliveries.
- Execute regression, integration and functional validation tests.
- Contribute to the continuous improvement of quality processes and practices.
- Support the evolution of test automation and QA best practices within the teams.
Requirements
- Experience or knowledge in software testing (QA).
- Experience creating and executing test cases.
- Knowledge of functional, exploratory and regression testing.
- Experience logging and tracking bugs in issue-tracking tools.
- Familiarity with agile development processes (Scrum or Kanban).
- Ability to analyze requirements and identify test scenarios.
- Analytical, detail-oriented and quality-focused profile.
- Good communication skills for interaction with development and product teams.
- Experience with test automation.
- Knowledge of API testing.
- Experience testing web and mobile applications.
- Familiarity with CI/CD and quality pipelines.
- QA-related certifications (e.g., ISTQB).
