About the role
- Accounting & Finance Mitarbeiter supporting finance processes in a part-time role within a creative agency. Focus on bookkeeping, financial reporting, and process optimization in the finance team.
Responsibilities
- Management of day-to-day accounting
- Preparation and posting of invoices
- Support in optimizing our financial processes
- Monitoring and execution of payment transactions
- Dunning and collections
- Reviewing and coding incoming invoices
- Maintenance and management of fixed asset accounting
- Identifying potential improvements in existing workflows
- Point of contact internally and externally for accounting and tax-related questions.
Requirements
- Completed commercial vocational training (e.g., tax clerk)
- Further qualification in financial accounting or certified balance sheet accounting is a plus
- At least 3 years’ professional experience in Finance & Accounting
- Ideally experienced in an agency environment
- Experience with SAP B1 and/or DATEV
- Strong Excel skills
- Structured and proactive working style
- Ability to prioritize under pressure
- Analytical aptitude and the ability to explain complex financial matters clearly
