About the role
- Expert Oracle EPM ARCS Architect leading Oracle EPM ARCS implementations for Group Finance. Collaborating with financial teams to optimize reconciliation processes.
Responsibilities
- Own the support and development of Oracle EPM ARCS
- Contribute on designing the strategic vision and roadmap for EPM ARCS
- Lead workshops to gather business requirements and document functional specifications
- Develop and implement data flows between ARCS and other financial systems
- Assist with ARCS administration, development, improvements and support
- Analyze and assess existing reconciliation processes
- Collaborate closely with accounting and finance teams
- Collaborate with senior management to develop long-term strategies for ARCS usage
- Work closely with functional teams to find opportunities for system enhancements
- Document technical configurations, processes, and troubleshooting guides
- Stay updated with Oracle EPM ARCS updates and new features
- Lead user training sessions and support change management efforts
Requirements
- Deep knowledge of Oracle EPM ARCS functionalities
- Demonstrated ability in Oracle EPM ARCS from a technical and functional standpoint
- Proven experience leading large-scale Oracle EPM ARCS projects
- Experience with other Oracle EPM modules (e.g. FCCS, PBCS, EDM) is a plus
- Proficiency in EPM Data Management
- Experience in ODI is a plus
- Experience with SQL
- Experience with relational & multidimensional databases

- Excellent MS Office skills, particularly Excel
