- Community Manager managing social media content and audience interaction. Focused on strategic communication and community building for brands across various platforms.
Responsibilities
- Curación y desarrollo de contenido
- Publicar y supervisar contenido de las marcas asignadas, asegurando coherencia y relevancia en cada canal.
- Diseñar estrategias de conversación para distintos tipos de públicos y objetivos.
- Crear y adaptar contenido contextual con enfoque estratégico, aprovechando insights, tendencias y el tono de cada marca.
- Liderar la interacción con audiencias en redes sociales, generando conversaciones genuinas y alineadas al propósito de marca.
- Realizar escucha activa en todas las plataformas para detectar oportunidades, alertas tempranas y tendencias.
- Moderar y clasificar comentarios de usuarios mediante herramientas de social listening, identificando insights clave para cada marca.
- Construir y fortalecer comunidades digitales.
- Aportar mirada estratégica y creatividad en campañas integrales.
- Colaborar activamente en el desarrollo de ideas 360°.
- Detectar oportunidades de mejora y proponer nuevas acciones que sumen valor al ecosistema digital de cada marca.
Requirements
- Estás estudiando (o ya terminaste) Marketing, Comunicación o alguna carrera afín.
- Tenés +1 año de experiencia en agencia de publicidad.
- Te copan las redes sociales y seguís las tendencias de cerca.
- Disfrutás trabajar en equipo y sumar ideas.
- Sos detallista, organizado/a y te gusta que todo cierre perfecto.
- Los cambios no te asustan: te adaptás rápido y con buena onda
