Responsibilities

Supporting Wifinity’s commercial aims by assisting in organizing marketing and engagement events
Promoting Wifinity’s services and driving user uptake
Serving as the primary interface with end-users on-site, including handling launch events, industry expos, tradeshows, etc.
Ensuring marketing material is effective
Coordinate calendar of events and collaborating with various stakeholders
Performing research and gathering customer insights

Requirements
Good customer service skills

Confident communication and accurate drafting and writing ability
Strong people skills with the ability to work collaboratively with others
Ability to work independently

Working knowledge of Microsoft Office applications

Some previous experience of working in a marketing-related or event management role
