Responsibilities
Through a series of rotations, lead projects to deliver value across multiple departments and global locations.
Meanwhile, gain hands-on experience and develop an understanding of different areas.
For each rotation/department, develop an understanding of the strategic direction of the department and the business environment and evaluate how business strategies align with the direction of the business.
Identify areas of improvement and use data analysis skills to propose solutions to enhance the efficiency of each rotational department.
Develop a foundation of leadership.
Help deliver projects from concept to completion, ensuring agreement on organizational goals.
Develop or support detailed project plans, timelines, and resource allocations; monitor progress and adjust plans to meet goals.
Support the identification, evaluation, and implementation of AI technologies to improve business processes, supply chain management, and operational efficiency.
Working with our teams, provide guidance for SAP development within the team, including order entry, procurement, inventory, and material master management.
Requirements
Completion of bachelor's degree with a background in Engineering, Business, Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field
Demonstrated leadership capabilities
Flexibility to relocate based on the job rotations
Familiarity with PowerBI, Databricks, SAP (or other enterprise software platform)
Familiarity with AI project implementation
