Responsibilities

- Inzicht verkrijgen in relevante (markt)ontwikkelingen
- De (net)impact daarvan bepalen
- Van daaruit richting en visie geven en/of strategische vraagstukken en thema’s tackelen
- Ontwikkelingen zodanig beïnvloeden dat deze voor ons en de maatschappij hanteerbaar en acceptabel zijn
- Experimenteren met nieuwe concepten (voor elektriciteit)
Requirements
- WO werk- en denkniveau en relevante opleiding en leiderschapsvorming
- Minimaal 15 jaar relevante werkervaring, waarvan minimaal 5 jaar ervaring als senior manager
- Brede professionele kennis van meerdere aandachtsgebieden en inhoudelijke onderwerpen
- Een stevig in- en overzicht ten aanzien van externe ontwikkelingen in en om het energielandschap
- Inspirerend leiderschap om vernieuwingen (o.a. cultuur) te initiëren en de visie (uit) te dragen en door te zetten
- Ervaring in het coachen, begeleiden en ontwikkelen van bevlogen, toekomstbestendige en lerende teams
