About the role
- Contract Manager overseeing contractual agreements for ambitious energy projects at Alliander. Collaborating with project teams and managing project contracts and risks effectively.
Responsibilities
- beheren van de volledige contractlevenscyclus: opstellen, onderhandelen, ondertekenen en beheren van contracten.
- uitvoeren van risicoanalyses, kosten-batenanalyses en het onderzoeken van contractvoorwaarden.
- nauwkeurig volgen van belangrijke details zoals deliverables, mijlpalen, wijzigingen (RFC's) en meerwerk.
- samenwerken met juridische en financiële teams om risico's en gevolgen van contracten te beoordelen.
- zorgdragen voor naleving van contractuele afspraken in samenwerking met de projectmanager.
- mede opzetten en doorontwikkelen van Leveranciersmanagement.
Requirements
- hbo+/wo werk- en denkniveau.
- minimaal 3 (junior) of minimaal 5 jaar (medior) werkervaring, bijvoorbeeld als contractmanager of projectmanager.
- kennis van aanbestedingswetgeving, projectbeheersing, UAV-2012/UAV-gc contracten en kwaliteitsnormering.
- kennis en ervaring in civiele en of infrastructurele projecten.
- goede beheersing van de Nederlandse en Engelse taal, zowel woord als geschrift.
- klantgerichtheid: je begrijpt dat alles wat we doen uiteindelijk impact heeft op onze klanten, en je handelt daar ook naar.
