About the role

Responsibilities
- Support the configuration and rollout of Microsoft 365 Copilot applications, including Teams, Outlook, Word, Excel, and SharePoint.
- Build and maintain Copilot agents using Copilot Studio.
- Develop AI-enabled workflows using Power Automate and other Power Platform tools.
- Create and maintain Power BI dashboards, reports, and data models to support AI initiatives and business insights.
- Assist with prompt design, testing, and optimization for AI solutions.
- Collaborate with business users to identify and prioritize high-value AI and analytics use cases.
- Support AI and Power BI adoption through training, documentation, and user support.
- Ensure compliance with Responsible AI principles, data privacy standards, and organizational security policies.
- Contribute to continuous improvement of AI workflows, data processes, and reporting capabilities.
Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Business Analytics, or a related field
- 1–2 years of experience in AI, automation, software development, data analytics, or a related field
- Hands-on experience with Microsoft Copilot and/or Copilot Studio
- Proficiency in Power BI for dashboarding, reporting, and data modeling
- Basic experience with Power Platform tools such as Power Automate and Power Apps
- Understanding of generative AI concepts and prompt engineering principles
- Experience with Python, DAX, SQL, or JavaScript is desirable
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively with non-technical stakeholders
- Attention to detail, organizational skills, and a proactive approach to learning and development
