About the role

Senior Analytics Partner leading analytics for the operations department at Wemolo, focusing on insights and KPI governance. Collaborating with stakeholders and driving data-driven decisions.

Responsibilities

You translate complex operational questions into analytical approaches, identify bottlenecks and patterns, and derive clear, actionable recommendations — proactively, not only on request.
You own KPI definitions, build driver trees and detect deviations from targets early. New KPIs don’t only come from the teams — you bring your own perspectives and actively drive countermeasures.
You work hands-on with messy data and standardize it together with the team, while maintaining a holistic view across domains.
You bring more advanced methods into the business context, e.g. predictive models or AI-assisted analyses, to make operational decisions better informed.
You work independently with head-level stakeholders from Operations, represent your point of view, question assumptions and make decisions even in unclear situations.
AI is changing how we work with data and therefore the role itself. You actively shape this change and stay continuously up to date.

5+ years in an analytically focused environment with direct stakeholder responsibility, e.g. Data Analytics, Data Science, Product, RevOps or Consulting. Scale-up or tech experience is a plus, as is experience in an operations-adjacent domain.
Strong SQL skills and a deep understanding of data models and queries — enough to discuss on equal terms with Analytics Engineers and Data Scientists and to critically evaluate AI-generated results. Experience with BI tools, dbt and Git. Python is a plus.
You structure ambiguity, generate insights independently and communicate clearly to operational teams up to leadership level.
Proactive, opinionated and comfortable with ownership in ambiguous situations. You don’t need a finished framework — you create it. You embrace new technologies and apply them deliberately in your work.
English C1/C2 level; German is a strong plus.
