About the role
- Senior Angular / Full-Stack Engineer building provider-facing applications at Wellfit. Designing intuitive workflows and collaborating with cross-functional teams in a hybrid model.
Responsibilities
- Design, build, and maintain Angular applications supporting treatment planning, plan configuration, and eligibility workflows.
- Develop complex, dynamic UI workflows including multi-step forms, conditional logic, validation, and draft-to-publish experiences.
- Create modular, reusable component systems that enable configurable plan templates and provider customization.
- Manage state, asynchronous data flows, and side effects using Angular and RxJS best practices.
- Optimize performance, reliability, and usability of provider-facing tools used in real-world healthcare settings.
- Implement and maintain front-end testing (unit and end-to-end) to ensure quality and confidence in releases.
- Integrate Angular applications with .NET-based APIs that power pricing, eligibility, and plan rules.
- Collaborate with backend and architecture teams on API design, contracts, and data models.
- Contribute to backend development in C# / ASP.NET as needed to support feature delivery.
- Work with DevOps to support CI/CD pipelines, test environments, and reliable deployments.
- Participate in production support, troubleshooting, and continuous improvement initiatives.
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience building production web applications.
- Strong experience with Angular, including component architecture, forms, services, and RxJS.
- Proficiency in TypeScript and modern JavaScript.
- Experience integrating front-end applications with RESTful APIs.
- Familiarity with front-end testing practices and tools.
- Ability to translate complex business rules into intuitive user experiences.
- Preferred: Experience with C#, ASP.NET, and SQL in a full-stack environment.
- Exposure to healthcare, fintech, eligibility, or benefits-driven systems.
- Familiarity with microservices architectures and cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP).
- Experience with API-first or Domain-Driven Design approaches.
