About the role
- GL Analyst handling finance operations within RTR teams in EMEA region. Focus on General Ledger processes, ensuring compliance and accurate reporting in a hybrid work environment.
Responsibilities
- Perform periodic month end closing activities
- Treasury accounting
- Preparation and posting journal entries
- Balance sheet reconciliations and monitoring
- Preparation of standard reports
- Fixed assets processing
- Intercompany processing
- Check that transactions are booked according to accounting policy
- Create and update of process related documentation (SOP)
Requirements
- A minimum 2 years of relevant experience in General Ledger area
- Solid accounting knowledge or General Ledger process knowledge
- A Bachelor´s degree in Accounting, Finance or related field
- Fluent in English, both written and spoken required
- Good attention to details
- Mature attitude towards challenges and problem solving
- Ability to work across cultures with all levels of organization as well as with different functions
- MS Office (Excel advanced), SAP
