About the role
- Lead Developer responsible for the software architecture of a non-profit software firm. Managing a small team and enhancing a digital ERP platform for NGOs and charities.
Responsibilities
- You design and take responsibility for the future software architecture

- You lead a team of currently 3–4 experienced developers (technical leadership)

Requirements
- Several years of experience in software development, including at least 1–2 years in a leadership or coordinating role (e.g., Tech Lead, Lead Developer)
- Proven, hands-on understanding of modern software architectures
- Knowledge of object-oriented programming languages, ideally .NET/C#
- Experience with Angular and React
- Practical experience with AI-assisted automation
- Fluent German (C1) and good English (B2)
