Responsibilities
Develop integrated e-commerce strategies for our clients
Pursue a cross-channel, customer-centric approach to drive client success by focusing on business drivers and KPIs
Monitor market trends and competitor strategies
Work on pitches and cooperate with key stakeholders within the agency to create integrated e-commerce strategies that offer added value to clients
Develop, define, train, and standardise e-commerce services
Manage important partnerships
Provide expert guidance to the Service Ambassadors
Jointly develop new service opportunities with Service Ambassadors
Requirements
Minimum of 4 years of experience in the e-commerce sector
Proven expertise in channels and platforms such as SEM, Social Commerce, UX & Conversion Rate Optimisation, Feed Management, Affiliate Marketing, Email Marketing, and Marketplace Optimisation
Ability to translate complex technical briefings, strategies, and insights into clear, compelling, and simple messages understandable to stakeholders with varying levels of expertise
Familiar with target group attitudes, behaviours, and perceptions through the effective use of market data, research, and customer data
Fluent in English; fluent in German is a plus
Hold a degree or further education in Marketing, Communication, Business, or a comparable field
