Paid Social Media Consultant managing international campaigns for clients in English and German speaking markets. Responsible for strategic and operational implementation within a hybrid work setup in Cape Town.
Responsibilities
Develop, plan, and execute paid social media marketing campaigns using creative campaign approaches and targeted adverts
Overview continuous cross-channel campaign monitoring, and optimisation towards KPIs
Create detailed performance analysis, reports and dashboard
Analyse statistical data on target group behaviour
Creation of media plans based on a campaign framework and goals
Develop creative briefings for assets and messaging aligned with campaign goals
Ensuring timely activations’ deployment across all relevant channels
Actively look for innovative marketing approaches
Requirements
a National Diploma, Higher Certificate or Bachelor Degree from a recognised college or university with a relevant degree (economics, marketing, communications, media or related sectors)
At least 3 years of experience in digital marketing execution, strategy, and media planning
Are tech-savvy and knowledgeable with tool usage such as META Business Manager, TikTok, LinkedIn, Facebook Reports, GA4, etc.
Comprehend data-driven target audience definition and successful campaign execution
Are familiar with optimisation options at campaign or ad set level, can analyse campaigns and create meaningful reports
Have excellent organisational skills and a self-starter personality
Proficiency in German
Proficiency in English.
