About the role
- Senior Retail Analyst at Webmotors driving audience insights and managing data in CDP and GAM. Collaborating with teams to optimize campaign performance and ensure compliance.
Responsibilities
- Build and operate audiences in the CDP; activate them in GAM (Google Ad Manager) and other data activation tools.
- Define taxonomies and SLAs; ensure data quality and compliance with LGPD.
- Create executive dashboards and documentation; support commercial/sales teams in proposals and post‑sales.
- Optimize delivery in GAM (pacing, frequency, segment overlap, exclusions).
- Create, cluster, and manage audiences based on browsing behavior, history, and CRM.
- Configure and monitor the data flow between the CDP and other tools.
- Extract audience insights to help teams make strategic, data‑driven decisions (e.g., "We have 50k users with intent to purchase SUVs in the last 30 days").
Requirements
- Knowledge of Adobe Analytics or Google Analytics
- Advanced Excel
- Desirable knowledge of programming languages JavaScript, HTML, and SQL for queries.
- Knowledge of media/advertising data, CDP or ad tech (publisher, retailer media, or advertiser).
- Hands‑on experience with CDPs (e.g., Adobe RT‑CDP, Salesforce, Tealium, mParticle, Segment or similar).
- Google Ad Manager (line items, key‑values, audiences, delivery troubleshooting).
- Advanced SQL (BigQuery preferred). Ability to create views/materializations for segments.
- Knowledge of audience models
- Experience with dashboards (Looker/Looker Studio, Power BI or similar).
- Familiarity with GMP (DV360) and concepts of ID resolution, cookies vs. cookieless, first‑party IDs.
- Intermediate/advanced English.
