About the role

Responsibilities
- Perform payroll processing, ensuring correct execution of all steps;
- Carry out onboarding, terminations, vacation management, salary advances and PLR (profit-sharing) routines;
- Verify calculation bases for contributions and taxes (INSS, FGTS and IRRF);
- Execute and monitor submission of statutory filings such as eSocial, DCTFWeb and FGTS Digital;
- Monitor collective bargaining agreements, ensuring the companies' compliance with current regulations;
- Support regularization processes, such as installment agreements and PER/DCOMP.
