Responsibilities
- Drive the seamless delivery of socially-led creative and influencer campaigns.
- Manage projects from briefing through to delivery, ensuring on time and on budget delivery.
- Work closely with Creative, Strategy, Influence, and Client Services teams.
- Act as the operational backbone of projects; bringing structure, clarity, and momentum to workflows.
- Ensure teams are set up for success and work is delivered to the highest standard.
Requirements
- 3-5 years’ experience in project management, production, or operations (agency experience preferred).
- A proactive, solutions-driven mindset with strong problem-solving skills.
- Organised, with strong attention to detail and the ability to manage competing priorities
- Confident communicator, comfortable working across multidisciplinary teams.
- A collaborative approach and ability to build strong working relationships internally.
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, socially-led creative environment.
- Understanding of social platforms, formats, and content production workflows.
- Tech-savvy, with experience using MacOS, project management or resourcing tools.
- Experience supporting the rollout of a new resourcing and project management system is a plus.
