About the role
- Midweight Designer at We Are Social responsible for creating socially-led creative ideas across multiple platforms. Supporting remote design work for the Sydney team while based in Bangkok office.
Responsibilities
- Conceptualise and visualize content for social media as well other channels
- Have an excellent knowledge of industry trends, campaigns and platform requirements
- Challenge yourself and those around you to consistently improve
- Ensure the level of design that comes out of the agency is of a high visual standard and crafted to meet the rapidly-changing requirements of the various social platforms
- Have a keen eye for detail and be able to maintain quality control of own work
- Work efficiently on a number of different clients within the working day, meeting deadlines and making sure projects are completed both on time and on budget
- Self initiate ideas and proactively contribute to briefs
- Demonstrate excellent communication skills, both written and verbal in both English and Thai
- Collaborate with clients and colleagues at all levels
Requirements
- At least 3-5 years experience in a digital, creative or social agency
- Proficiency in design for digital and, in particular, social media platforms
- A degree level education in graphic, digital or interactive design,
- fine arts, illustration and/or other related design discipline
- Excellent knowledge of industry standard software such as Adobe Creative Suite.
- Motion design and video editing skills
- Ability to take direction and execute/create to a high standard under pressure
- Fluent in Thai and English
