• Are you a creative thinker who loves experimenting with AI? Do you get a kick out of transforming ideas into visuals, scripts, and social content at speed?
• We are looking for an AI Creative & Prompt Manager to join our Creative Department in Amsterdam. This mid-weight role sits at the heart of our AI-powered creative process. You’ll write advanced prompts, generate content, iterate at speed, and design workflows that help the whole team deliver social-first campaigns, prototypes, and always-on content.
• You’ll be a hands-on creative, blending your imagination with AI tools to speed up ideation and production — all while keeping quality, originality, and cultural relevance at the core of your work.

Requirements

• **What You’ll Have Delivered Elsewhere**
• Produced AI-powered visuals, scripts, references, or prototypes to support creative campaigns.
• Written clear, high-quality prompts for image, video, audio, and text generation tools (e.g., Midjourney, Runway, Sora, Stable Diffusion, ChatGPT).
• Built simple AI workflows and prompt libraries to accelerate ideation, iteration, and content production.
• Contributed ideas that are platform-first, socially relevant, and culturally informed.
• Collaborated closely with Creative, Strategy, and Production teams to ensure smooth delivery of campaigns.
• Helped translate client feedback into improved prompts, prototypes, and creative iterations.
• Stayed up to date with social media trends, emerging AI tools, and responsible AI practices.
• **What Else Are We Looking For?**
• 3+ years in a creative role (Creative, Copywriter, Art Director, or hybrid creative), ideally within a socially-led or digital-first agency.
• Hands-on experience using AI tools in a creative context (professional, experimental, or personal projects).
• Strong conceptual thinking and the ability to turn ideas into platform-relevant outputs.
• Ability to write effective prompts for generative tools across visual, video, and text formats.
• Good understanding of social platforms, content trends, and digital storytelling.
• Strong communication and presentation skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and produce high-quality work under tight deadlines.
• A collaborative, proactive mindset with curiosity for emerging tech and creative experimentation.
• Knowledge of production processes and social-first content environments.
