Requirements
BA/BS degree or equivalent experience
7+ years of professional experience in event management, brand marketing, or consumer strategy, with a proven track record of leading high-visibility technology or corporate events.
Advanced project management skills, with the demonstrated ability to manage a portfolio of complex, concurrent projects independently with excellent prioritisation.
Deep experience partnering with creative agencies and production houses, with the ability to provide sophisticated, actionable feedback on design and content.
Proven ability to navigate a matrix organisation and manage complex relationships with senior leadership and external partners.
High proficiency in budget management, ROI forecasting, and data-driven performance analysis across multiple event streams.
Expert level in Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets, Slides), with the ability to create visually compelling, executive-level presentations.
