About the role

Responsibilities
- As Project Manager, you are the main point of contact for our clients.
- Well-structured projects and satisfied clients are a given for you.
- In close collaboration with our founders, you successfully lead all projects to launch.
- You act as the central link between clients, designers, developers and sales.
- You ensure that projects are completed on time and within budget.
- You hold regular meetings with clients and teams to discuss project progress and to identify and resolve any issues early.
- You create and maintain project documentation and reports.
- You contribute your own ideas and develop strategies to optimize our project workflows.
- You plan, coordinate and oversee projects from concept through to completion.
Requirements
- Min. 1–2 years of professional experience in project management, ideally in the digital or e‑commerce sector
- Prior experience working with Shopify
- Experience with project management tools such as Monday, Asana or ClickUp
- Excellent communication and organizational skills
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and to set priorities
- Independent, structured working style
- Strong affinity for (new) digital media and technologies
- Willingness to contribute ideas and innovations in a creative, collaborative environment
