About the role
- You will be enhancing systems & integrations to connect GTM Tech Stack and increase sales rep productivity. You'll collaborate with cross-functional teams focusing on efficiency, analytics, and revenue data hygiene.
Responsibilities
- You'll build, maintain and enhance systems & integrations connecting our GTM Tech Stack that directly influence the full sales funnel.
- You'll also build and implement tools to increase sales rep productivity and effectiveness.
- Take ownership of inbound routing across partnerships and owned channels including maintaining and optimising lead assignment rules, enrichment, and proactively identifying inefficiencies in the inbound flow.
- You will use self-sourced data to analyse specific process performance and conduct root cause analysis to build solutions.
- You will measure results against existing KPIs and instill a continuous improvement mentality in your work.
- You will collaborate with teams such as Sales, Partnerships, Marketing and Finance to gather requirements and build solutions that will improve overall efficiency and productivity.
- Support revenue data hygiene, and process improvements to ensure data integrity and usability across systems.
- Your goal will be to support the implementation and scaling of automated solutions.
Requirements
- 3+ years of experience in RevOps, MarOps, consultancy or similar roles
- Excellent technical fluency & analytical skills, with the ability to convey complex requirements between technical and non-technical teams. Proven experience with Python (or node.js), SQL, HubSpot automations & developer suite.
- Experience with automation platforms (Zapier, Pipedream, n8n, UIPath).
- Proven expertise configuring and administering HubSpot and other GTM-function technologies, including CPQ (Configure, Price, Quote), CLM (Contract Lifecycle Management), sales enablement, engagement & orchestration, and customer-success platforms.
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills to drive adoption, training, and change management initiatives.
- Robust problem-solving capabilities and comfort navigating ambiguity - evidenced by a history of delivering successful outcomes in complex, fast-paced environments.
