About the role
- (Senior) Consultant OT Security role in Wavestone supporting clients in industrial security. Collaborating in an interdisciplinary team on various projects across Germany.
Responsibilities
- As part of an interdisciplinary expert team, you will work on exciting projects for leading companies in the field of Industrial Security.
- You advise and coach our clients on the cybersecurity of their production environments or their manufacturing processes.
- You contribute to organizational development (management systems, policies, processes) or work on technical challenges.
- You independently manage your work packages and continuously expand your professional and IT expertise.
- You assume project responsibility as a project or subproject lead.
- In the role of coach, you take on technical leadership within the project.
Requirements
- You have a degree in a related field or possess equivalent professional experience.
- You have several years of project experience in a relevant industry (e.g., manufacturing, critical infrastructure) with a focus on OT Security, preferably from consulting.
- You are able to reflect on topics from different perspectives and enjoy contributing creatively with new solution approaches in discussions.
- You are enthusiastic about digitalization, technology and hands‑on industry.
- You are business‑fluent in German and English.
