About the role

Responsibilities
- Implementing insurance transformation (ESG, digitalization, IFRS 17 in SAP)
- Close collaboration with clients throughout the implementation process
- Leading the Insurance Finance team and SAP solution configuration
- Analyzing business requirements and translating them into product functionality
- Implementing or customizing SAP modules for consolidation and accounting (Group Reporting, S/4HANA FI-CO, FPSL, Embedded Analytics)
- Supporting and training end users
Requirements
- Completed university degree (Bachelor's or Master's)
- More than 5 years of professional experience in management consulting or as an in-house consultant with a focus on finance, accounting, or actuarial topics
- Experience implementing SAP in at least one of the following modules: Group Reporting, S/4HANA FI-CO, FPSL, PaPM, or Embedded Analytics
- Strong knowledge of project management methodologies (agile or traditional)
- Interest in building and developing a high-performing team
- Enthusiasm for new technologies and applications
- Business-fluent English
- Willingness to travel within Europe
