- Senior Consultant Finance Transformation working on digital finance projects in the (re)insurance sector. Engaging in management consulting and cross-functional teamwork across Europe.
Responsibilities
- Participate in exciting projects focusing on digital finance transformation, insurance operations, and the design of target operating models.
- Design and document streamlined processes and target operating models with a focus on financial reporting and insurance operations.
- Conduct data analysis and help identify key source systems to enable interface and data flow design.
- Identify and define business requirements for technical implementations in finance-related areas.
- Collaborate closely with business and IT stakeholders to align the best solutions for transformation initiatives.
- Assess the impact of transformation initiatives and visualize changes to support transparent communication and decision-making.
Requirements
- Professional experience in management consulting or as an in-house consultant, with a focus on finance, accounting or controlling.
- Industry expertise in the (re)insurance sector, particularly in finance, operations or data management.
- Open to business trips across Europe and enjoy working in dynamic, cross-functional teams.
- Fluent in English and comfortable in an international environment.
