Financial Management Specialist overseeing the administrative and financial management at C&A. Ensuring adherence and effective collaboration with corporate areas while achieving financial goals.
Responsibilities
Serve as the focal point for the Institute's administrative and financial management, ensuring technical rigor, compliance, and smooth coordination with C&A corporate areas (accounting, treasury, legal, and tax).
Ensure budgetary control and high-quality financial execution, applying analytical insight and the ability to anticipate risks, variances, and opportunities.
Execute the Institute's operational administrative and financial routines, including payment processing, contract monitoring, administrative controls, and interaction with suppliers and internal teams, ensuring compliance, organization, timely delivery, and process continuity.
Consolidate, analyze, and communicate the Institute's financial indicators, translating technical data into strategic narratives that strengthen the Institute's positioning as a relevant social investor for C&A.
Lead the preparation and reporting of indicators, indices, and rankings in which C&A participates (e.g., ISP of ISE, GRI indicators, among others), ensuring consistency, reliability, and alignment with ESG agendas.
Play a leading role in the development and initial implementation of resource-leveraging projects, such as:
Co-investments and strategic partnerships;
Fundraising through calls for proposals and funds;
Cause-marketing initiatives in partnership with different C&A areas.
In 2026, the primary challenge will be to design, test, and learn—structuring models, processes, and partnerships that prepare the Institute for scaling and diversification of funding sources in subsequent years.
Balance operational excellence with a long-term strategic vision, linking financial sustainability to the Institute's mission and social impact.
