- Enthusiasm for consulting at the intersection of business and IT in the banking and insurance sector.
- Experience in the Financial Services environment is an advantage, as well as initial project management experience.
- Strong analytical and conceptual skills, together with hands-on ability to solve complex problems.
- Team player, proactive, and willing to assume responsibility.
- Professional presence and strong communication skills in German; English skills are a plus.
- Flexibility and willingness to travel for national or international project work.
