Responsibilities
Work on high-impact projects focusing on digital transformation, modernization of (re)insurance core systems, and process optimization.
Actively contribute to projects around renewal and modernization of (re)insurance systems.
Support clients in the digital transformation of their core business.
Analyze business requirements across (re)insurance processes and provide functional and technical solution designs.
Act as a trusted consultant at the interface between business and IT, coordinating stakeholders and ensuring implementation feasibility.
Leverage AI technologies to optimize processes and support transformation initiatives.
Requirements
Several years of professional experience in (re)insurance consulting.
Strong experience in business analysis, project work, and workshop facilitation.
Solid knowledge of insurance core processes.
Analytical skills, methodical, and capable of structuring complex topics clearly for different stakeholders.
Interest in AI applications and their potential in insurance operations.
Comfortable with international project settings and willing to travel within Europe.
Fluent in English; German is a plus.
