Requirements

- Solid knowledge of insurance core processes.
- Analytical skills, methodical, and capable of structuring complex topics clearly for different stakeholders.
- Interest in AI applications and their potential in insurance operations.
- Comfortable with international project settings and willing to travel within Europe.
- Fluent in English; German is a plus.
