Responsibilities
Serve as a strategic and operational partner to the VP of Content Operations.
Shape, communicate, and execute a unified content operating model across CNN.
Develop and maintain the enterprise-wide content operations narrative.
Craft executive-ready presentations that simplify complexity and influence senior leaders.
Analyze operational data, performance trends, and workflows to improve decision-making.
Support the development of multi-platform operating models and content governance frameworks.
Conduct data-driven analysis to understand cycle time bottlenecks and production inefficiencies.
Partner to identify workflow improvements and tooling enhancements.
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience; advanced degree a plus.
3–5+ years in strategy, operations, consulting, digital media, or relevant analytical roles.
Proven ability to analyze complex information, structure ambiguous problems, and synthesize insights for leadership.
Strong written, visual, and verbal communication skills, including experience preparing C‑level materials.
Facility with data, including dashboards, KPIs, and experimentation results, and ability to translate metrics into recommendations.
Experience collaborating across matrixed teams and managing competing priorities.
Highly organized, detail-oriented, and comfortable operating in fast-paced, evolving environments.
