Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Business, Finance, or related field and 5 years’ experience in utility operations or related area OR 7 years’ experience in utility operations or related area.
1 year’s supervisory experience.
Extensive experience in utility regulatory and ratemaking.
Strong knowledge of legislation, regulatory policies, and sustainability strategies affecting the energy sector.
Proven ability to analyze costs, forecasts, and operational processes to drive energy efficiency and cost savings.
Expertise in developing and implementing business strategies aligned with corporate finance and utility management.
Demonstrated leadership in workforce development, talent management, and succession planning.
Ability to manage complex projects, including energy credits, rebates, and utility rate negotiations.
