Responsibilities
The Principal, Technical Program Manager leads complex, large-scale programs by defining goals, managing cross-functional dependencies, and driving end-to-end technology solutions.
This role requires expertise in program planning, technical design, risk mitigation, and stakeholder engagement to ensure successful delivery across multiple teams.
The position involves translating product requirements into scalable system architectures, overseeing program execution, and fostering continuous improvement.

Requirements
Option 1: Bachelor’s degree in computer science, information technology, engineering, or related area and 6 years’ experience in engineering, engineering program management, technical program management, product management, or related area.
Option 2: 8 years’ experience in engineering, engineering program management, technical program management, product management, or related area.
Extensive experience in program and project management, including risk mitigation and stakeholder engagement across complex, cross-functional initiatives.
Strong technical expertise in systems architecture, cloud infrastructure, and software/hardware lifecycle management.
Proven ability to translate product requirements into scalable technical designs and ensure operational excellence through monitoring and incident management.
Skilled in Agile methodologies, program planning tools, and frameworks to drive delivery of large-scale technology programs.
Exceptional communication skills to align stakeholders and provide clear, data-driven progress updates.
Demonstrated leadership in mentoring teams and implementing process improvements for enhanced efficiency and quality outcomes.
