Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Mathematics, Statistics, or a related field (or equivalent experience)
7+ years of experience in data analysis or analytics‑driven roles
3+ years of experience in Retail, Digital, or eCommerce Analytics
2+ years of experience influencing cross‑functional partners across Product, Finance, Operations, or Engineering
Strong ownership mindset with excellent communication and organizational skills.
Proven ability to communicate complex quantitative insights to senior leaders and non‑technical audiences.
Advanced proficiency in Python, Spark, Scala, or R.
Deep knowledge of supervised and unsupervised modeling techniques, causal inference, and experimentation methodologies.
