About the role
- Technical Facility Manager responsible for the maintenance of technical systems in a renowned real estate company. Overseeing external service providers and managing site inspections in Berlin.
Responsibilities
- Gewährleistung der reibungslosen Funktion sämtlicher technischer Anlagen unter Einhaltung aller rechtlichen Vorschriften
- Koordination und Kontrolle externer Dienstleister im Einsatz
- Regelmäßige Begehungen der Objekte inklusive sorgfältiger Dokumentation
- Überwachung und Steuerung aller Wartungszyklen der technischen Systeme
- Durchführung kleinerer Reparaturarbeiten eigenständig
- Begleitung und Unterstützung bei baulichen Maßnahmen
- Pflege und Instandhaltung von Außenanlagen, sowohl Grün- als auch befestigte Flächen
Requirements
- technische Ausbildung oder vergleichbare Qualifikation
- Mehrjährige Erfahrung in technischen Bereichen, idealerweise in der Immobilien- oder Objekttechnik
- Fundierte Kenntnisse in Gebäudetechnik und baulicher Substanz von Vorteil
- Vorhandene relevante Zertifizierungen sind ein Plus
- Ausgeprägte organisatorische Fähigkeiten und strukturierte Arbeitsweise
- Selbstständiges Arbeiten kombiniert mit Teamorientierung
- Hohe Flexibilität und Engagement bei wechselnden Aufgaben
- Teamfähigkeit und Motivation, sich aktiv einzubringen
- Sehr gute Deutschkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift.
