About the role
- Revenue Systems Analyst at Vueling maintaining and enhancing revenue systems. Focused on ensuring efficiency and resolving incidents with external systems in a hybrid working environment.
Responsibilities
- Maintain and improve the ecosystem of the Revenue Department in accordance with Vueling policy to have robust and efficient systems.
- Guarantee the proper functioning of critical external systems.
- Minimize downtime and ensure prompt resolution of incidents in revenue systems.
- Enhance system efficiency, robustness, and reliability.
- Document processes, incidents, and solutions to facilitate knowledge transfer and compliance.
- Foster organizational learning, transparency, and regulatory compliance.
- Fulfill the mission of the job if it is in the employee´s hand.
- Monitor, maintain, and ensure the correct operation of external systems with external vendors.
- Identify, analyze, and resolve incidents in internal revenue systems, or escalate them to IT as needed.
- Participate in initiatives to automate processes and enhance the efficiency and effectiveness of the revenue team's workflows.
- Document processes, incidents, and solutions to facilitate knowledge transfer and compliance.
- Perform any other responsibility or function that is assigned inherent to the job.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in economics, data science, engineering or a related field
- Minimum of 1-2 years of progressive experience as revenue analyst
- Python or SQL Knowledge
