Responsibilities
Cultivate relationships with member practices
Increase awareness around company initiatives and services
Perform pro-active practice visits to foster relationships with members
Serve as a voice for members, bringing back field information to better serve them
Liaise with members and answer questions and concerns efficiently and professionally
Provide initial practice needs assessment and support plan to assist practices
Offer one-on-one consultations with practice owners and managers as requested
Develop and facilitate workshops for member practices in live and virtual formats
Attend conferences and assist in staffing booths and providing live support
Prepare and submit regular KPIs (key performance indicators)
Maintain up to date records of field visits and practice consults
Keep abreast of industry trends and developments
Requirements
Excellent written/oral communication skills (English & French)
5 years of direct experience in the veterinary industry
Familiar with veterinary concepts, practices and procedures
Extensive experience and judgment to plan and accomplish goals
Excellent problem solving and decision making
Effective organization/time management
The ability to be flexible with hours and regular travel
Demonstrated skill in establishing and maintaining professional networks and connections
Knowledge of Practice Information Management Software’s (PIMS) an asset
