About the role
- Senior Associate Lawyer specializing in Venture Capital and M&A at a top-tier law firm. Engaging with clients and influencing startup culture while negotiating key contracts.
Responsibilities
- Wir unterstützen Mandant:innen beim gesamten Lebenszyklus eines Unternehmens.
- Entsprechend hast Du ab dem ersten Tag Kontakt mit Mandant:innen und lernst die verschiedenen Phasen eines Unternehmens aus erster Hand kennen.
- Hierzu gehören Vorbereitung, Gestaltung und Verhandlung der Unternehmensgründung ; Gestaltung und Verhandlung der Verträge verschiedener Finanzierungsrunden entweder für Startups oder Venture Capital Investoren;
- Vorbereitung, Gestaltung, und Verhandlung der Verträge beim Verkauf von Unternehmen ;
- Du nimmst unmittelbaren Einfluss auf die Kultur von Startups, indem Du Mitarbeiterbeteiligungsprogramme verhandelst und gestaltest.
- Als erste:r Ansprechpartne:inr von Gründer:innen und Investor:innen bist Du für die Vertragsgestaltung und Verhandlung von Verträgen verantwortlich und berätst bei schwierigen Entscheidungen.
Requirements
- Zweites juristisches Staatsexamen oder ein vergleichbarer Abschluss;
- Ab 4 Jahren Berufserfahrung in M&A, Gesellschaftsrecht oder Venture Capital / Private Equity;
- Großes thematisches Interesse;
- Hohes Maß an Selbstständigkeit und Eigenverantwortung;
- Aufgeschlossenheit, gute Kommunikationsfähigkeiten und diplomatisches Geschick;
- Verhandlungssichere Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse.
