About the role
- Senior Manager of Financial Planning & Analysis overseeing financial planning and cash forecasting for Apotex Corp. Leading GTN forecasts and ensuring compliance with financial regulations and policies.
Responsibilities
- Provide in-depth financial support and counsel to Apotex Corp leadership team by aiding financially sound decision making
- Lead the development, review, and governance of GTN forecasts at product, portfolio, and consolidated levels
- Develop and manage short-term and long-range cash flow forecasts tied to sales, GTN, and payment timing
- Oversee financial planning deliverables including AOP (Annual Operating Plan), forecasts, and cash forecasting
- Ensure forecasts and accruals comply with GAAP/IFRS, SOX controls, and internal policies
- Prepare executive presentations and other ad hoc analysis as required
Requirements
- 8+ years of progressive FP&A and Finance; 5+ years managerial experience in leading finance team
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field. MBA or CPA preferred
- Experience in the generic pharmaceutical industry preferred
- Strong experience in GTN forecasting and cash flow modeling
- Advanced Excel skills; experience with financial systems (SAP and Power BI)
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills
- Deep understanding of pharmaceutical revenue and pricing dynamics
