- Partners with the businesses to ensure that the capital strategies are operationally supported and strategically focused.

- Drives the forecasting process by analyzing trends within the businesses and ensuring alignment with business objectives.
- Communicates and drives adherence to Generally Accepted Accounting Principles (GAAP) and the organization's financial goals and policies.
- Ensures strong business controls.
- Provides highly innovative solutions and mentoring to lower level employees.
Requirements
- First level university degree with a focus in business or economics; advanced degree or accounting certification (e.g., CPA, MBA) strongly preferred.
- Typically 10+ years of experience as a financial analyst.
- Typically experienced in a variety of finance functions.
- Excellent communication skills, thought leadership, and business acumen working directly with L2, senior and executive level leadership teams.
- Great understanding of accounting principles and financial analysis.
