About the role
- Implementation Analyst responsible for coordinating tech solution implementations for public management clients. The company specializes in digital solutions for public management.
Responsibilities
- Schedule implementation appointments in municipalities directly with the client;
- Lead implementation meetings with the departments involved in the process;
- Configure entities, agencies, document templates, risk classifications, and users in SIGFÁCIL;
- Deliver training on SIGFÁCIL;
- Perform data cleansing/cleanup of the database;
- Prepare implementation progress reports;
- Analyze and implement low- and medium-risk workflows;
- Carry out system implementations in the State of Piauí and its municipalities according to the planned schedule, either on-site or remotely.
Requirements
- Schedule implementation appointments in municipalities directly with the client;
- Experience implementing IT/automated systems (a plus);
- Knowledge of processes related to SIGFÁCIL (a plus);
- Availability to travel;
- Valid category B driver's license (CNH);
- Proficient in Microsoft Office suite;
- Basic knowledge of databases (desirable);
- Basic knowledge of Jenkins (a plus).
