About the role
- Project Manager in Economical Consulting at construction company VOXOA, engaging with public and private clients in project assistance and audit missions.
Responsibilities
- Carry out technical Owner's Project Management Assistance (AMOT) missions
- Perform technical and economic analyses in support of and in coordination with VOXOA teams in Paris and Lyon
- Monitor the technical program, budget and schedule for assigned operations
- Conduct property asset audits
- Produce internal and external reports and maintain pragmatic dashboards to support the mission and the project
- Drive improvements to VOXOA’s processes and participate in business development
Requirements
- 6 to 10 years minimum experience as an AMO Project Manager
- Specialization in construction economics / quantity surveying
- Generalist technical knowledge across all trades
- Strong understanding of the client/owner role and the responsibilities of the different construction stakeholders
- Good knowledge of public procurement and public-sector contracts
