Director of IT project management leading multiple projects for OPEN with a focus on quality and client satisfaction. Managing client relations and optimizing project delivery.
Responsibilities
You lead, on behalf of OPEN, one or more results-driven projects, ensuring objectives are met (quality, budget, schedule, and economic performance).
You manage each project from contract signature through to completion, complying with the company’s defined quality and safety standards and continuously seeking improvement.
Manage client commitments and relationships
Ensure contractual and financial monitoring of projects
Organize and oversee the delivery of services
Lead steering and strategic committees
Identify and manage project risks
Negotiate contract amendments with clients when necessary
Ensure project quality in accordance with OPEN’s quality system
Implement and monitor the Continuous Improvement Plan
Contribute to client account planning and growth
Supervise the requirements analysis phase (technical and/or functional) and the preparation of responses
Lead and actively participate in proposal and pre-sales activities
Manage Squad members and take part in recruitment
Manage careers: face-to-face meetings, annual reviews, and escalating training needs of your team members
Participate in staffing: skills management, assignment arbitration, and handling workload fluctuations
Motivate and unite project teams
Requirements
You have in-depth knowledge of the IT sector (technologies, market players, etc.), particularly in Infrastructure or Cloud.
Ideally, you have held a technical role in the past.
You have experience working at an IT services company or consulting firm on large-scale projects for major enterprise clients.
You can manage fixed-price projects and meet the delivery commitments made to clients.
You have a service-oriented mindset and are focused on client satisfaction.
Soft skills: organized, rigorous, autonomous, proactive, able to take a strategic overview, and capable of anticipating issues.
