Operational Manager overseeing GOL's cargo operations and client negotiations. Leading teams to ensure safety and efficiency of operations in São Paulo.
Responsibilities
Manage the contract established between GOL and the client;
Lead commercial negotiations with the client;
Oversee commercial negotiations with third parties (handling) when related to cargo operations;
Plan and organize operational workflows;
Organize and coordinate the implementation of cargo operations at GOLLOG bases;
Organize client reporting meetings;
Monitor inventory control of cargo aircraft spare parts;
Monitor operational performance indicators;
Monitor GSA sales;
Ensure the Operational Safety Policy is understood, implemented and maintained by all staff in the area;
Identify and report hazards in operations;
Control the validity of training provided to staff under your management;
Manage and coordinate mitigating actions for risks identified in the area and ensure appropriate resources and processes to prevent recurrence;
Ensure all operational and safety processes are performed as established in the relevant documentation;
Validate and keep job descriptions for your area up to date;
Ensure operations are conducted in accordance with the conditions and restrictions of the Operational Specifications (AOC) and in compliance with the applicable operator regulations and standards;
Manage security risks and threats according to acceptable levels (ORG 1.3.1);
Manage compliance with the Safety Objectives and performance indicators (SPIs/SPTs) assigned to your area.
Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Engineering or related fields (degree certificate or proof of graduation);
English and Spanish (a plus);
Experience with Key Account management (Key Account Manager)
