Responsibilities
- Lead the People strategy and business partners with members of the Finance Leadership Team
- Drive the sub-functions people agenda
- Shape and deliver functional people plans aligned to the wider People strategy
- Lead organisation design and change activity, including integration programmes
- Drive and support strategic workforce planning and talent initiatives
- Own employment cost forecasting and budgeting across supported sub functions
- Champion inclusion and cultural transformation, working in partnership with Centres of Expertise
Requirements
- Strong generalist HR experience
- Deep knowledge across the full employee lifecycle and all core HR disciplines
- In depth understanding of organisation design principles
- Proven ability to support and deliver change and transformation activity
- Strong track record of successfully leading and delivering HR initiatives that drive meaningful business outcomes
- Excellent understanding of relevant employment legislation and regulatory requirements
- Skilled at influencing and aligning senior and cross functional stakeholders
